These terms explain the rules and limits that apply when you install or use BaeMax.
Agreement
You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live. Do not use BaeMax to monitor, threaten, harass, impersonate, or share another person's sensitive information without their permission. Pair only with someone you know and trust, and protect pairing links like passwords.
Health features
Cycle predictions, fertile-window estimates, symptom patterns, reminders, and supporter prompts are informational estimates. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, contraception, emergency monitoring, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not delay urgent care because of information shown by BaeMax.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give BaeMax only the limited permission needed to store it on your device and transmit encrypted copies when you use partner features. You are responsible for having permission to upload or share content and for keeping exported files and pairing credentials safe.
Availability
Message delivery, notifications, live location, media transfer, and partner sync depend on networks, device permissions, operating-system background limits, and service providers. We work to keep them reliable, but they are not emergency communications and cannot be guaranteed to be instant or uninterrupted.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BaeMax is provided without a promise that every feature will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for relationship, safety, medical, financial, and legal decisions.
Changes
We may update these terms as BaeMax changes. The current version and effective date will be posted here. Continued use after reasonable notice means the updated terms apply, subject to applicable law.
